Who this course is for

This course is for first-time government grant applicants, who have applied and got a low score and want to continue applying for grant funding, and those who are interested in getting a broad view of how grants work in the UK. This course is designed to give you context, help you understand some of the jargon used in grant writing and get you to consider what you need to prepare before applying for a grant.

It’s designed to give you a head-start before talking to a grant writer or grant writing agency, who will help you with your application more specifically and also work with you to shape a grant strategy to apply for grants that help you reach your business goals.

If you’re an entrepreneur, business leader, technical leader or business development lead, this course is for you.

This course is not going to help you write a grant application but it will help you prepare for one.
